Our price per edited shot is based on the product type. The total amount for your order will also depend on the background, as well as how many set arrangements and product preparations are required in the photoshoot. Use our interactive order form to calculate the rates for your products here.

Some products require complex shooting arrangements and extensive post-production which affects the price. For instance, we spend twice as long shooting and editing reflective and transparent objects than we spend on products that produce no reflection or glare when shooting.

Most products require minor preparation before shooting. For example, clothing and other textiles require ironing and pinning. Soft materials such as handbags and leather goods require stuffing and leather treatment. Products with reflective or transparent surfaces like metal, plastic, or glass, also require extensive preparation like removing dust and fingerprints, as well as constructing special props for shooting.

The ETA provided on your quote is based on the shooting date. If we set your shooting date as April 14th and the ETA for delivery is 2-3 business days, you will receive your edited shots by the end of day on April 17th. This does not take into account any feedback that might require additional editing.

If you don’t see someone you like on our website, let us know what you are looking for and we will give you more options based on your specifications. We ask that you provide reference photos for hair, makeup, and attire prior to shooting, and that you are available during the shoot to answer questions and give feedback.

In order to avoid producing unwanted results, it is extremely important that we know exactly what you want before shooting. By confirming what products and angles we’re shooting, and providing visual references for each, we eliminate misinterpretations of the intended result. We also request visual references from you in order to get a clear picture of how you would like your products to look in each shot. In most cases, once the shoot is completed, we will not reshoot any product without an additional charge.

After we deliver, you may request a few minor adjustments to be made in post-production, but we only provide one round of feedback processing per order. Should you want to make changes after the second round of deliverables, you may upgrade to a Premium Package at any time which includes 2 additional rounds of feedback processing.
